Consultancy covers engineering and planning — well design, feasibility, cost estimation and site supervision. Agency covers buying — we act as your agent with manufacturers to source products, negotiate terms and manage delivery. Most clients use both together.
RFQs receive a technical response within one business day. A complete itemized quote with pricing and lead times typically follows within three business days, depending on specification complexity and supplier availability.
Absolutely. A large part of our client base is small contractors and independent operators who benefit most from agency buying power. Minimum order sizes are flexible, and we offer fixed-fee engagement models for smaller projects.
Yes. If it's not in our standard range, our sourcing desk will locate it through our network of vetted manufacturers across 28 countries — including custom specifications, thread types and OEM parts.
